Bradley C. Harr

ATTORNEY & COUNSELOR AT LAW

Brad Harr has been affiliated with a law firm since 1990. Brad learned the law from the “ground up”. He started as a paralegal for a large Salt Lake firm, learning the trial and appellate process as a member of the firm’s litigation team. After working as a paralegal for a number of years, Brad went to law school. He graduated in 1998 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1999. Brad anxiously took a transfer to manage a satellite office in St. George, Utah in 1999.

As of June 1st, 2006, he is pleased to announce that he has opened the doors of a firm after his own name:  BRADLEY C HARR, PC.  He has become known in St. George for his legal work, and provides support to not only his own clients, but also helps other law firms with their personal injury clients.  He has represented 100’s of local injured people, and enjoys referrals from former clients and area attorneys a like.  If those whom he has served, feel he merits their recommendation and return calls, then maybe you should note his number as an excellent reference for your legal needs.

Brad’s current memberships include the Association of Trial Lawyer’s of America and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association, 2006 President of the Southern Utah Bar Association and a member of the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professionalism.

Brad is married to Marta Harr. They have seven wonderful children. Their oldest son Jed plays on a Dixie High School Basketball team.  Brad is involved as an active Homeschooling Dad with each of his children.  Brad and his family believe learning is a life long experience.  Together as a family they enjoy outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking, running (St. George Marathon finisher for 3 years), triathlon events (2x St. George Triathlon Finisher), rock climbing, and 4-wheeling.  Brad has served in our community for the past 8 years with the Boy Scouts of America currently as a Scout Master.

Brad is excited about the future in his new firm, and appreciates an outstanding paralegal, Cheryl A. Christensen, who has chosen to follow him on this new adventure.
